Efluence is a global marketplace connecting businesses and individuals with top influencers and content creators. Our platform simplifies the process of finding and hiring influencers to promote products or services across social media and other digital channels.
To create an account, click on the “Sign Up” button on our homepage or on the User App that you can download on the App Store both Andriod and iOS. You can register as a Business (to hire influencers) or as an Influencer (to offer your services). Fill out the required information, verify your email, and you’re ready to get started!
Influencers on Efluence offer a wide range of services, including sponsored posts, product reviews, unboxing videos, brand ambassadorship, and more. The specific services available will depend on the influencer’s niche and expertise.

You can use our search and filter tools to find influencers based on criteria such as location, niche, follower count, and engagement rate. Each influencer profile includes details about their audience, past collaborations, and content style, helping you choose the best match for your campaign.
All payments are securely processed through our platform. Customers make full payment upfront, which is held in escrow until the influencer completes the agreed-upon services. Once the work is approved, the funds are released to the influencer. Efluence charges a service fee for using the platform, which is deducted from the total payment.
If you need to cancel a campaign, you can do so through your dashboard before the influencer begins work. Refunds will be issued based on the stage of the campaign and in accordance with our Cancellation Policy. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more details.
If an influencer fails to deliver the agreed services or is unresponsive, you can report the issue through our dispute process. Contact us at [email protected] with details of the issue, and we will investigate and mediate the situation.
To request a refund, you must first attempt to resolve the issue with the influencer directly. If the issue remains unresolved, you can submit a formal refund request to [email protected] within 7 days of the agreed completion date. Our team will review the request and make a decision based on the evidence provided.
As a user, you should ensure that any content or intellectual property shared on our platform is properly protected. Influencers and businesses are prohibited from using third-party intellectual property without authorization. If you suspect any misuse, please report it to [email protected].

Yes, you can update or delete your account information through your profile settings either on the website or in your Efluence App, or to request a deletion of your account via email, please contact us at [email protected]. Please note that deleting your account will permanently remove all your data from the platform.
